When we were contracted to help VCI formulate a 360-degree Content Strategy, we knew we needed a comprehensive journey map to begin to understand the current experience. But we also knew we needed it to be accessible to the stakeholders and their leaders. The amount of information was very high. As such, I created an interactive Journey map that focused on the three phases of the VW-buying journey. This was told through three different personas.
